Benelli M4 Trigger Guard Overview:

The Benelli M4 Trigger guard for the is manufactured by A&S Engineering from billet aluminum. It is a direct replacement to the polymer or aluminum OEM Benelli M4 Trigger guards. It Facilitates loading shells by enlarging loading area and guide ramp. It is made in the USA and counts as a 922(R) compliant part. 

Note: External Snap Ring Pliers are recommended for installation.

Benelli M4 Trigger Housing Features:

The Benelli M4 trigger guard features a shell guide ramp for double and quad loading techniques. The guide ramp effectively doubles the loading area for efficiently loading two shells at a time if desired. This design also improves ease of single loading as well. The Benelli M4 trigger guard is commonly paired with the Benelli M4 upgraded safety while your trigger is being disassembled.

The Benelli M4 Trigger Guard is Made in the USA:

The Benelli M4 trigger group is designed and made in America for compliance with 922(r). It is marked USA for easy identification. The A&S trigger guard was also patented in the USA in 2018.

Manufacturing of the Benelli M4 Trigger Guard:

Precision machined from billet aluminum, this Benelli M4 trigger guard has tight tolerances so superior trigger jobs are possible. The Aluminum A&S trigger guard has a much more premium feel and look over the Factory plastic trigger guard that comes stock with your Benelli M4.

 
Benelli M4 Trigger Guard Finish:

The Benelli M4 is coated in a matte-black hard-anodized coating. This coating along with the aluminum material is much stronger and harder than the polymer trigger guard. It is fully dehorned and deburred before coating for the shooter’s safety.

Benelli M4 Trigger Guard Options:

• Black – No logo: Is black anodized coated and does not have a laser engraved A&S logo on the bottom of the trigger guard. There are still laser engravings, but they aren’t visible when the trigger guard is installed in the Benelli M4,
• Black: Is black anodized coated and has a visible laser engraved A&S logo on the bottom of the trigger guard when installed.
• H2O: Is the black version that’s coated in a Titanium Cerakote finish to match the factory “H2O” Benelli M4 versions.

Benelli M4 Trigger Guard Installation:

All parts can be removed from your old trigger guard and be reinstalled in the new A&S Benelli M4 trigger guard. It is recommended to be installed be a qualified professional gunsmith. Included are two extra roll pins. The use of proper Snap Ring Pliers makes job a lot easier. Please refer to the video below for installation (trigger guard installation starts at 29:03).
