Benelli M4 Upgraded Trigger Group
A true drop-in upgrade for one of the most common complaints on the Benelli M4/M1014 platform: a heavy, mushy factory trigger pull. This complete trigger group swaps in a hammer, trigger, and disconnector engineered to bring pull weight down from ~8 lbs to a crisper ~6 lbs, with no fitting or gunsmithing required.

- Quick D-clip, in place of the OEM Snap Ring, for noticeably easier disassembly and reassembly
Built to Last
Made in the USA from heat-treated tool steel for long-term durability under hard use. Every part starts with an NP3® coating for smooth, low-friction operation and corrosion resistance — choose it as-is, or with a black Cerakote finish applied over the NP3® for a low-visibility, mil-spec look. Either way, you get the full lubricity and corrosion benefits of NP3® underneath.

The factory Benelli M4 trigger has a heavy pull that slows follow-up shots and precision. This kit refines the engagement surfaces on the hammer, trigger, and disconnector for a noticeably lighter, cleaner break — a meaningful improvement for competition, duty, and home-defense use alike. The upgraded spring clip also makes future maintenance and inspection easier than fighting with the factory C-clip.

The hammer, trigger, and disconnector are each U.S.-manufactured and stamped "USA" for easy 922(r) identification, giving you 3x compliant parts toward your build.

I like it! I bought the #11787. Bought it, studied it, cleaned it, played with it, shot it and cleaned it again. It works. So I felt the trigger could use some help and help it got. Starting with a much deeper study. Now we all make choices, did I make the right choice, I’m satisfied with the choices that I made. I replaced the trigger housing with the aluminum housing, I replaced the saftey switch, I replaced the carrier with the extended lift, and I replaced with the NP3 Trigger, Hammer, and Disconnector, but kept the OEM Springs! Cleaned and lubed everything with BoreTech Cleaners, Slip 2000 Lubricants and an Ultrasonic tank. Shot another 250 rounds,1600 FPS Ammo, 00 buck and segmented slugs. Some standing and some from a seated bench rest, sighting in. All was and is without flaw. So the trigger, is a little over 6lb, and smooth like fluid smooth. I particularly like that it is repeatable, pulls clean no grit no bind no drag, al the way to the wall, than hold it, and bang. Over and over and over. I like it. The springs, well this could be BS, I can’t prove it, just being honest, but on more than one occasion I read that it is possible to have a light strike, misfire, OH Heavens No. I can’t risk my home defense weapon to be a failure for a pound and a half of trigger pull. Listen we make our choices but what I want you all to know is the trigger is right on, Professional. I like it. By the way Shell Tactical has a you can’t go wrong set of in order illustration’s on how to replace/ rebuild your trigger. Ok enough. To the Shell Tactical Team, Thanks for all your work.
