Order Cancellations
Orders or individual items canceled after payment processing are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, inserts, and accessories.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and refund issuance.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are based on product condition and brand category.

Final restocking fees for damaged, used, modified, or incomplete items are determined after inspection.
Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, wear, scratches, tool marks, missing components, or other physical damage may qualify for higher restocking fees or partial refunds.
Return Shipping
For customer-initiated returns, a $5.99 return shipping label fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
No return shipping fees or restocking fees will be charged if the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped
- Missing items from the order
- Any error on our part
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or special-order products
- Modified products
- Products missing original components or serial-number labels
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Any item otherwise marked as non-returnable
How to Request a Return
To start a return, use the self-service return option available through your account on our website homepage.
You may also contact us at shelltactical@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The condition of the item(s) (new, opened, used, installed, etc.)
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Any parts or items are missing
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Contact us to request return authorization
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- Return the original item to us
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued according to this policy.
Return Refusals & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, abuse of the return system, or attempts to return used or damaged merchandise as new may result in refused returns, canceled orders, or refusal of future service.
