PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Where the 2-Round Extension screws onto your existing tube, this is a full replacement — everything from the receiver forward is new. It's a more involved install, but the payoff is a cleaner profile and, in titanium, the lightest muzzle end you can build.

Installation requires heat to break the factory thread locker; plan 30–60 minutes. We strongly recommend pairing extended capacity with the Wolff Magazine Spring for reliable cycling.

FULL SPECIFICATIONS & INSTALLATION

Specs: 18.25" length. Titanium weighs 5.4 oz (139g), saving 5 oz vs. the OEM tube + limiter combined. Steel weighs 9.0 oz (256g), saving 1.2 oz vs. OEM. Capacity: 7 rounds of 2¾" shells or 6 rounds of 3" shells.
Titanium vs. steel: titanium is the lightest, best-handling option and counts as a 922(r) part but carries no engraving. Steel is engraved "MADE IN USA," counts toward 922(r) compliance, and costs less than titanium.
Finish notes: Black on titanium is a custom dark gray Cerakote that darkens further with gun oil. Black on steel is a matte black oxide that closely matches the Parkerized barrel. H2O and FDE Cerakote options are also available.
Installation steps: (1) clear and safe the firearm, remove all rounds; (2) remove magazine cap, barrel, foregrips, retaining ring, magazine spring, follower, bolt carrier group, and trigger assembly; (3) heat the OEM tube in a padded vise until the thread locker smokes; (4) unscrew and remove the OEM tube with heat-resistant gloves; (5) thread on the new 7-round tube with 1–2 drops of thread locker; (6) reassemble.
