Wolff Benelli M4 High-Power Magazine Spring – 7-Round Magazine Tubes
The Wolff Benelli M4 Magazine Spring is a high-power, precision-manufactured upgrade designed specifically for Benelli M4 shotguns equipped with 7-round magazine tubes. Custom engineered to our specifications, this spring improves feeding reliability while also providing slightly more usable space inside the magazine tube compared to the factory OEM spring.
Unlike the OEM Benelli M4 spring—which performs adequately when new but tends to take a set quickly and lose power—the Wolff spring is intentionally slightly overpowered when new, settling into optimal tension after break-in. This design ensures consistent shell presentation to the loading gate and reduces the risk of failures to feed, especially with lighter loads and 3″ shells.

The Wolff Benelli M4 Magazine Spring has a compressed (solid) length of approximately 2.01″, compared to about 2.11″ for the OEM spring, adding roughly 1/10″ of extra room inside the magazine tube. For even more capacity margin, pair this spring with the Benelli M4 “Max Room” Follower for an additional ~1/8″ of space.
Compatibility Notes

- Will also function in 5-round magazine tubes, though installation may be more difficult due to increased spring power
- Will work in clones and other 12ga shotgun models that hold between 5 to 7 rounds in the magazine tube

Cleared up feeding issues in my M4. Only slightly longer than the original spring, but seemingly higher quality and more authority to get the shell onto the lifter.
Shell is the overall MVP for quick shipping and a bada$$ magnet for the fridge. You guys rock!

Benelli M4 Wolff Magazine Spring
Got this Wolff Spring with the Shorter Follower, really increased the Ease and Confidence of Loading! I’ve found the OEM Setup is just a little short, making the last Round difficult to seat in the Mag Tube Confidently. With the Shorter Follower and Spring, it provides just enough added space to Load the Tube and insure everything is properly seated. Highly recommend!
