Benelli M4 Charging Handle Overview:

The Shell Tactical Benelli M4 Charging Handle is specifically designed and tested for the Benelli M4 shotgun. Constructed from either 6Al-4V titanium alloy or hardened chromoly steel, it offers unparalleled durability, capable of withstanding the most demanding conditions with ease.

Its 3-notch design mimics the OEM charging handle and doesn’t spin freely in the bolt carrier group like many other charging handles on the market.

Note: Like the OEM handle, the upgraded charging handle may still rotate in the bolt if twisted forcefully. Due to its larger diameter and knurling, it will switch between notches more easily than the OEM charging handle.

Steel:

  • Black: A durable dark matte black coating that matches the black Benelli M4.
  • H2O: Our custom NPT.V Coating that closely matches the H2O (titanium cerakote) or H2O (NP3) Benelli M4 colored shotguns.

Titanium:

  • Black: Coated in a durable Black Cerakote finish to closely match the black Benelli M4 models.
  • H2O: Coated in a durable Titanium Cerakote finish to closely match the "H2O" Benelli M4 models. Some H2O owners prefer a black charging handle to match the color of the black bolt carrier.

Benelli M4 Charging Handle Size Options:

  • 1/2": The knurled portion measures at about half an inch in diameter and an inch in length.
  • 3/4": The knurled portion measures at about three-fourths an inch in diameter and an inch in length.
  • Benelli M4 OEM charging handle: Measures at three-eighths of an inch in diameter at its thickest (0.375”).

  • 3/4” Steel: 0.84 oz (23.7g)

    I recently purchased a Benelli charging handle, an extension tube, and a Wolfe spring for an M4 clone. Everything arrived quickly, but I had ordered the wrong tube.     M4 titanium handle

    The titanium charging handle looks good and was easy to install I definitely recommend this charging handle as an easy upgrade for your Benelli M4 shotgun

    It works.

    I use the smallest option charging handle offered by Shell Tactical. It is comfortable to pinky- rack with and adds a non slip surface that does not tear the flesh from over aggressive texturing. The larger diameter also helps to lessen the pain of aggressively slinging the gun. The factory charging handle will stab you if the gun flops to the wrong side while slinging it. On the other hand the larger Shell Tactical charging handle gives a strong poke. Its increased size help tremendously with disassembly as well.

    I went shooting buckshot on a corn field and it came loose and I lost it, it’s very easy to come off and on I’m comparison to the OEM Benelli charging handle
